Default Yak flight performance ?

I am currently flying Toms 84f"edge,and its a great flyer,im getting ready to buy again,i want a yak(yes another)but im not sure if this is the plane for me.I can do most basic aerobatic maneuvers, but im no pro,im not confident enough in myself to go balls to the wall 3d yet.I want something thats as good or better landing and stable in normal flight as my edge.Is this the plane for me??

Who knows? The Yak is as stable in normal flight as the Edge, landing is a little different with slightlyt higher speed of descent, you'll need to practice a couple landings before you show off for your friends.

Less wing area less float...or something like that.

No, that's not what I mean. I mean that when you are on final approach the angle of descent will be a little sharper. The Edge will float all day, the Yak will not flatten out in the last few feet unless you goose it a little.
