I have friend who is flying one of our Sukhois with a ZDZ-80 and it's absolutely outrageous. The Cap 91" will be just about a pound heavier, I think you will be really pleased at the 3d performance.
This plane with a 3w75, even the inexpensive side carb model, will jump out of a hover like someone lit a rocket.

yeah, i noticed they just put a yellow picture up in the cap 232 section... now my last decision is to do the 85" or the 91"...... I have a G-62 now, but i saw a couple a used brison 4.2s on rcu, that i could probabally exchange for similar value... so you think i should go for the big one, or stick with the g-62 and the 85"er? I'm really excited cause i think the yellow cap is the best looking wildhare plane out there. Always wanted a cap...

I have asked a lot of questions. All i was trying to get at was if i would get better pull out from a hover with the 91" and 4.2 setup, vs the g62/85" setup. I could choose a car a lot quicker than an airplane.... But we don't ask that much from cars

Well, I did it. broke down & ordered the 91" inch Cap,,,,, in all white...... Now I have a week to figure out how to decorate it. I would have probably went with the smaller one but I prefer foam core wings & besides, bigger flies better, or so they say!

I ordered the Yellow one, I almost went with the white one.
It would have been cool to put in in the Cap 21 scheme.
I dug out my ZDZ 80 twin to put on it, but I am going to have to cut plug holes in the cowl.
I am sitting back thinking if I want to do that or not.

I wondered whether it would need holes in the cowl for that very engine. Then I decided to save a couple of dollars & go with a single. The twins sound better & have good lo end torque but the big singles make gobs of power too.
I been comptemplating breaking out the airbrush for this one. I have done some pretty radical schemes that way but if you don't get the covering tight enough to begin with you have problems later on down the road. Probably I'll get lazy & just do a monokote job on it.
