Default Cap in action

Well I decided not to bother finding my long thread

However I did shoot a quick video before the rain came in today and thought I would share it.

http://www.djsinergy.com/planes/cap/...051207_WM2.wmv It's high quality so its 90mbs

I am def. going to be changing the incidence on the wings, but today was the first day I finally got some mixes in. After touching down I realized I didnt do any tumbles... just kind of slipped my mind. Next time

Enjoy!

When you get it where you think its supposed to be, please supply a detailed list of your setup as a starting point for us other Cap owners, please.

Well right now I have -17% el on left rudder and 9% for al. on right rudder I have 23% for el and 12% for al.

I fly with about 1/8" down... I am planning on changing the incidence by 2 degrees on the wing down to fix this issue. Right now it's a bear to hover since there is so much down required to fly level. It still falls inverted so I know its a fair amount nose heavy.. but over all it doesnt mind it's CG.

When I get it perfect Iwill let everyone know what I did. Plane has a lot of potenital.. just needs to some work.

Thanks,

Ya it's coming I was out today again and I still need to fine tune one KE mix. It was windy today so I didnt play with mixes that much.. more just fine tuning slow rolls, 4 points etc.

It flies pretty striaght now.. but you have to really work it on the slow rolls. 3D wise it's very solid.. I just have to program a condition that sets EL. to neutral so I am not fighting it all the time.

your mixes are coming along nicely as the vid make it looks like its rails or you do which ever is the case. you know caps are more known for thier 3d aspect than any thing else (IMAC)
