Well, shattered or not, I'm sure it's fixable....
I fixed mine...... went in into a creosol bush in our overfly area. took about fifteen minutes just to get all the pieces! Btw- the wing tube was bent in two directions, and had to be cut to be removed from the fuselage- Needless to say, these are tough planes!! as long as you can get the rib shapes figured out, the rest is all sheet, and stick stock.... really not too bad, especially as it will save you a couple of hundred bucks at least- Last I remember, the wings CAN be obtained, but as a set, and albeit worth it, a fairly expensive set....
Options as I would do it.....
A) Fix it, and give the plane a complete make over, making it "your own", totally personal- one of a kind.
B) Buy another kit (50cc Edge from TOM)
C) Buy another Extra kit (the whole thing) from Tom
D) Buy the wings separate, and get bummed out that you didn't fix it in the fist place, or just buy another kit and have spares of everything else.....
....Just what I have done, or what I would do....
Pics...
Not to mention, I'm a touch on the frugal side.... The "FG" graphics on the side of the fuse, and a couple more on the tail are hand cut from monokote. even the "snapasaurus" graphic on the canopy was hand cut. Where there is a will, there is a way!
Good luck!
PS-
Even though I fixed the Extra, I still bought another airframe from Tom- Couldn't hurt right?
Sorry- I have had a bit too much of the "spirits".... (edited like 1,000,000 times)

Well, I would try to fix it, except that a good portion of the wing is a tree about 50ft above the ground. You are right this is a tough plane, it fell straight down ( thank god for the soft weeds) and not a scratch on the fuse or left wing. An important point I failed to mention is that this is the 84 in extra 300 V2. WH does not make this plane any longer. I wonder if the edge wing or the 87in. would work. I called WH just when they were closing for the day, they said they would call me on Wed. to let me know I just hope they have old stock. Again if anyone has a left wing or set to sell let me know.

To anyone else reading this, I can also attest that this is the service that one can damn near come to expect when dealing with Wild Hare!
