I have a wren 44 gold comp arf spark combo, I have probally 50 flights on it, lately it has been "flaming out" after my flight when I am on final and bring the turbine to idle.. This has not happend in the past just the last 5 flights I have had on it.. Anyone know a easy fix or know what might be wrong.

Is it possible for you to download the data from the ECU. This would be a good start to diagnose your problem.

I did have a similar experience with one of our 160 powered models earlier this year. Motor would die on base leg. After landing, the pump was very hot. The pump was replaced and the problem disappeared.

i had a similar problem with my 44 gold, dying when on finals and taxiing back to the pits, raised the decelleration delay by 5. problem solved

is this due to the pumps freeing up after a few hours use?????
