I need to know the factory settigs of ys 45 engine.And also need advices about setting of the regulator. Thank you.

Main needle-start at 2 turns open. This will be very rich.
Regulator-start flush with the housing. It controls transition, clockwise is leaner.
Idle is fixed but may vary slightly with the regulator.
