YS63 lean condition on idle
I have a 63 which i just replaced the throttle barrow seal and new diaphram on regulator. The motor was running lean on high end before these were replaced now its fine on top end and lean on the idle i have tried adjusting low end needle and still wont idle correctily i did notice the idle stop screw and spring is missing on throttle barrel could that cause a lean condition on idle?? very frustrated now??
