I have a YS 110 that I just got tuned and running well. On the fifth flight the muffler, actually the silencer, fell off. I still have the bolt part that screws and bolts to the engine and the 1/2 of the muffler. However, all three screws that hold the muffler together obviously vibrated loose and the back end of the muffler came of in mid-flight and is now lost.

Is it normal to have to check the muffler screws on each flight? Anything I can do to prevent this from happening again? Where can a get a new muffler?

you mean to tell me that put screws on the 110 exhaust , will I still be able to run straight pipe?
note I'm still waiting for mine, so I haven't actually seen one yet.
