Default 120NC idle

Dave,

Is there anyway to add an airbleed to the NC carb body? The regulator does very little for the idle mixture, and quite frankly the idle sucks depending on weather conditions. I know the hole in the butterfly can be enlarged, but that is hit or miss thing that can cost you a new butterfly if over done.

Thanks
Jeff

Drilling the airbleed to 1/8" is the only thing you can do.

Thanks, I will try that then. Why on earth did YS leave off idle mixture adjustments. That is just plain idiotic!!

I agree, it was not one of YS's better thoughts. The NC is 10+ years old, maybe they've learned something, as all the engines now have adjustable airbleed.
