YS 110 Run Time
Dave,
I'm running a 110 in a H9 P51 .60 airplane. Weight is 8.3 pounds empty and I fly with a 14 X 10 APC. The thing runs great and I flew it slightly rich with a big 24oz tank on CG during break-in so I wouldn't have to worry about running out of fuel, but she sure flies heavy for the first quarter-tank. My question is, what is the approximate fuel consumption per minute with this setup? High needle is set at about 1.5 turns.

It depends on how much nitro you run and how much full throttle flying you do. 1.5 oz per minute at full throttle would give you about 16 minutes, but do you fly at full throttle for the whole tank?
Most guys run a 16 oz tank with the 91/110 size engines.
