Default 63.bubbles in carb line

My 63 has an idle problem. The top end seems fine but when I throttle down it starts off idling fine but then bubbles quickly appear in the
carb line and naturally the idle starts to lean and speeds up and gets unstable....The bubbles show up with rich and lean low end settings.
I bought this engine second hand with about 6 gallons threw it and I'm new to Ys engines...A little advice would be great.

thanks

I have recommended here in the past NOT to buy used YS engines unless they have been inspected by our service dept. or the prospective new owner sees the engine run to his satisfaction.

At this point I would send the engine in to our service dept. for inspection.

changed plunger and diaphram as per YS performance....runs great now..thanks

Also do you think the YS 45 would be OK spinning a 12+4 APC ??? I use this prop on my Venus with a 46 fx. I wasn't sure if the
YS45 was just for speed props or if it could handle a little torque also..

thanks

I used to run an 11x4 because the throttle response was better. The 12x4 will work but you might be happier with the smaller prop, or try the APC 12.25x 3.75. They work well also.
