I have not seen anywhere on this forum what size of props the ys 63 can run and the rpm they produce.
I have recently bought a 63 and am going to use it in a 3d machine
What is the recomended prop for 3d and what rpm do they produce.
I have heard some say 13x4 but they never say what rpm it runs.
I havent got the plane yet and dont know what kind of ground clearance it will have.
Can you shed some light on this for me. first four stroke and first ys. I want to get it right.
Also I see dif. rpm ranges for the 63, anywhere from 12,000 to 15,000 rpm. One place says one thing then another says another thing.
What is correct?
Thanks
Justin

For best results on a 3D style airplane, run the engine at a peak rpm between 11000 and 12000.
Most of the guys are using a 14x4 or 13x5 prop for 3D.
