Default 63s dying, fuel from exhaust, carb

I have about 6 flights on this engine, and it is now quitting in the air. After 2 deadstick landings I noticed that raw fuel was dripping out of the cowl. I thought that I'd refuel and fly real quick (dumb me) and again it died, lucky deadstick landing, and again fuel was dripping out of the cowl. I figured that I perhaps had a leak in the pressurized system.... I took the cowl off and fuel is coming out of the carb and muffler, and quite a bit was coming out. I have only moved the regulator out about 1/8-1/4 turn and low speed about 2 1/2 turns lean. Running YS plug, magnum 30% fuel. Is this a problem with the regulator and something I can address?

Go to the instructions at www.ysperformance.com and set the engine up completely per the instructions. I believe it is only an adjustment problem.
