I'm in the process of replacing the cylinder liner and piston ring / piston in my 120sf, but i can't figure out how to get the connecting rod off the crank. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks- Chris

Have you removed the cylinder? Push the wrist pin out of the piston and slide the rod off the crank. If the engine has been run a lot, there could be a burr on the pin where the disc valve rides against it, but this would be rare.

I removed the cylinder liner but i cant seem to get the piston out. the piston never clears the top of the casing
guess im a little slow... if you pull the rubber bushing out of the casing it makes it much easier to remove the wrist pin. thanks for the help.
