Default new 110, first start

Do you recommend squirting some fuel in the plug hole prior to the initial start of a new engine?
I have a problem with spinning a new engine with the starter.

Won't hurt it unless you get too much in there an lock it up. If you do, there's always the chance of bending the rod.
