Default my YS110 problem

Hi folks, a few days ago my engine just wouldn't start. In fact I lost compression all together. When I started investigating what went wrong, found that the exhaust valve guide which also forms a seat for the valve is now moving! Now, this whole segment is normaly, to my knowledge a compressed fit and is firmly lodged in the head. For some strange reason this has moved out of its location and you can now virtualy move it with fingers.
Has anybody come accross with similar problem? Is there anything I can do?
Thanks for your inputs.

We've seen it before. The engine needs to go back to service either here or in Japan.
