Default Max A/C weight w/YS

Dave, I have a YS 1.20 SF, what would you consider to be the max flying weight of an aircraft that this engine could handle. I am not talking 3D flying? I would like to ensure that this engine could fly and aircraft straight up without stall or very minimal stall. With regular aerobatic flying what prop could you recommend? I have an ARF that the box lists the weight at 11.5 lbs. Recommended engine range is 1.10 and up.

Thanks,
Brian

It shouldn't have much trouble with an 11.5 pound airplane since you aren't interested in hovering. Depending on the type of airplane, it should fly OK up to 14 pounds unless the airplane is small and has a high wing loading.

Good Luck.
