Default Rocker questoin ?

I was changing the valve cover gasket and noticed something strange. Note: this is my first 4 stroke motor (YS 1.20).
I was rotating the prop and noticed the left side rocker only moving up and down. (Left side if your standing behind the motor, right side if your looking at it from the front). Aren't both rockers supposed to be moving? would you say this is a serious problem that i should send it in or is it something I can take care of.

Thanks,

If only 1 moves, you most assuredly have a problem. I have no idea what without seeing it. If you do not have the expertise to figure out what the problem is, by all means have service take a look at it.

Dave,

Thanks for getting back to me. I am going to take the motor off the plane tonight and box it up.
I'll send it out first thing in the morning.
Dave let me ask you because this is my first YS motor and don't know how the service depatment works.
Do they first disassemble the motor and see whats wrong? because I wrote a letter letting them know about the right rocker isn't moving.
Also after they complete the repair do they start the motor and let it run for a while to make all the nessissary adjustments needed? and to make sure nothing else is wrong.
If you could or if you know what there proccess is please let me know.

Thanks

MAKE SURE YOU ASK FOR AN ESTIMATE PRIOR TO REPAIRS BEING MADE! Include your daytime phone number so they can call you.

The engine will be run prior to returning to you to ensure proper operation.

when you move the prop how many cycles are you going through, both sides do not operate at the same time?
