New YS110 Low compression...

Hello,
YS110FZ, total hours accumulated about 2-3 hours only.
Fuel is cool power Heli 30%nitro 22%Oil.
Plug is OSF and propeller is APC 14x10. Engine mount is Hyde.
When rotating the propeller it looks like no much compression and in the air looks like
is not generating the power which it should. (I have previous experience with such motor)
fuel tank pressure is buildup properly.
What do you think I should look into to begin with without effecting the warranty?

Have you adjusted the valves? Both need to be set at .003". Also check for carbon build up on the exhaust valve by looking into the exhaust port hole. Serious carbon on the valve will prevent it from closing.
