It is probably cross threaded, which means you will have to buy a new needle valve assembly. The part number is YS 3090. Try Central Hobbies at 1-800-723-5937. Or YS Service at 1-775-782-4562.
Good Luck,

thanks dave..kind of annoys me only that the guy sort of like failed to tell me there was a problem ..but otherwise engine appears to be in excellent condition ..so how do i get it out ??and if I use force will it prevent me from screwing in a new valve??

thanks..I just want to be a bit cautious ..I would hate to break a great engine.I cant wait to fire this up..if it performs as I suspect it will my nexy purchase will be a 120 and hello giant scale..gotta love this hobby!! cant wait to hit the wram show as I am just an hour from it.and see all the new stuff.. thanks again andI have one more question and its about the fuel for ys..ys seems to stress 20 percent oil.this may sound stupid but when I was at a local hobby I saw a bottle of castor oil..I am presuming I can add that in proper proportion to model fuel to get the oil cntent .is that ok or not a good idea??

It's much better to buy the right fuel in the first place. If you have to do it, don't run castor and also bear in mind that just adding oil will cut the nitro content of the fuel.
YS engines are fuel critical. They will not perform properly with the wrong stuff in the tank.

no problem I was going to buy the proper fuel anyway from s and w in pa..but when i saw the quart bottle of castor i wondered..I suspect with two strokes and not wanting a lot of nitro I suppose you could use it..but I have read enough literature to persuade me to use a syntheic at least with 4 strokes since they tend not to run as hot as 2 strokes..
