Dave,
Do you think the 140S will turn a APC 4 Blade, 15x10 okay? Getting ready to test fly a plane and thats all I have for this weekend, its a brand new motor aswell.

Probably too much load. As said before run the engine at 8400-8800rpm What every fuel, prop, and combo gives you that RPM that is what to run.
A good prop for the 140 Sport is a 16-10 or 16-11. Perhaps a 14-10 or 14-11 4 blade would be good I have no idea. I recommend the 15-11 or 15-12 2 blade, and the 16-10 and 16-11 2 blade.
If you are only running 15% nitro then there is no way you are going to be able to run the larger props and you will need to stay to a lighter load. If you are running 30% heli fuel then you can run the larger load props.
The way to tell is Fulll throttle RPM. If its in the 8400-8800 range you are good. It its lower than 8400 you are pushing your luck, and if its below 8000 you are asking for a failure.

Sounds Good, I think im going to move to a 15x11 2 blade, I looked and it was really a 15x11 4 blade, althought I did run it, it ran about 8200 on 25%. I really want an 18x6 but don't have the ground clearance, oh well....
