Default YS63FZ fuel Labema

hello,

I use the fuel M11.1 this: LB/M11.1 Competition 4 stroke 30 % NITRO ! special YS 25%oil 30% nitro .... made in france : [link=http://www.carburant-modelisme.com/]labema[/link]

* The ys63fz too quickly become hot!?
* much of smoked ?
* slowed down which hold 30 second maximum ?

TAPPET ADJUSTMENT 1MM or 00.4 MM ? :

it is normal the green color in the engine?

Today with a hot time under the sun and 5 minutes of the engine it steals is stopped into full flies!
it is normal that the engine heats much?

Sorry I'm not totally sure what you are asking.

If the engine is getting to hot, you may too large or Propeller on it. You want the 63 to turn 10,500-11,000rpm.

If you are running 30% nitro fuel you should easily get these rpm readings using a 12-8 APC prop. Perhaps a 13-6apc.

The engine looks green inside, this is likely caused by the dye agent in your choice of fuel. If the fuel is green color this is where the green is comming from.

I don't know anything about your fuel. I live in the USA and run Cool Power 30% helicopter Performance fuel.

WHat rpm does that prop run on your engine at Full Power?

I know that prop is used by many pilots, but it depends on the fuel you are using, and how it is setup. I have no knowledge or experience with the fuel you choose so what is the RPM you are getting at full power?

As I stated beofre 10,500 to 11,000 rpm is the goal

hello;

I obtain 10500RPM at full POWER,
The problem it is that I do not manage to include/understand why the engine heats after 3 minutes,
The engine heats so much that I do not arrive touched!
The High Speed needle Valve open one of does 3 turns and exit of the quite fatty exhaust the engine heat too?

Thank you TROY

Sounds like it might have something internally damaged.

If the Needle valave is open 3 turns and its running extremely hot.
