YS60 plunger

Hi Guys,
I have been trying to get my YS60 running and just haven't been able to get it right. I thought perhaps the diaphragm was bad so I ordered a couple from Central Hobbies. Yesterday I pulled it apart and the diaphragm is fine. While I had it apart I decided to check all of the air and fuel passages to make sure they were clear. That is when I noticed that the plunger was missing. I looked up in the parts list at http://www.yspartsandservice.com/parts.php and can't fide a listing for the YS60 plunger. Is the one for the YS45 the same?
Thanks, Terry

Contact YS parts and Service regarding parts for these old engines. They probably have some. I'm not as familiar with the parts as the 4 strokes. Its beena really long time like 1989 since I worked with a YS60
Back then I wasn't as experienced with engiens as I am today and I guess 17-18 years of memory seems to fade into the distance. Richard and crew often do work on the old engines and he has a cross reference of the the parts.

Be patient, it sbest to callm but they are fairly busy this time of year.

Hi Troy,
Richard from yspartsandservice didn't have the part but he did return my email and said that silicone part is the same but the pin is a different length for the 45 than the 60. I was able to get the YS45 plunger from Central Hobbies. It would be simple to make a new pin if I could find out the correct length. Any idea where I could get that dimension?
Thanks, Terry

I have a 60 FR somewhere but its currently stored...I might have some parts from years back that have the plunger in it. I'll have to look. Right now its going to be a couple weeks minimum as I'm leaving for the NATS in the enxt 24-48hrs.
Remind me after the 25th of July and I can see what I can come up with. Richard is another source and might be able to come up with the actual length. he may also be able to get in touch with japan and find out the dims.
