I think i have the same problem, although I can only understand some of your english. My ys110 idles great, high end great, but transition from idle to full is delayed, doesn't cough or sputter, just a slow even spool up, acts like a turbo prop.

Likely you guys have a rich regulator setting. The regulator controls the mixture from everything above about 2300rpm to just about full power.

The low speed air bleed screw is nothing more than a fine tune adjustment when the regulator is set correctly that helps get the idle mixture perfect while keeping the regulaotr a little rich on the throttle up.

Reg adjustments are the same as the HS needle...The air bleed screw or idle mixture adjustemnt is backward....IN or CW is rich and out or CCW is lean on the air bleed screw on the throttle barrel.

I would say lean the regulator maybe a1/8th to 1/4 turn and reset everything. A change to the regulator will need changes to the other settings also.
