Dave,
I have a YS with about 3 gallons of Wildcat 20/20 through it. I am running a fresh OS type F plug, and a zinger 13-5 turning about 1050 right now. My questions are:
1. How long does it take to break the engine in?
2. What is the recommended procedure for adjusting valves during break in, and after?
3. My motor seems to vary in RPMS a little. It seems to transition fine, and idle ok, just the rpms vary a little at most RPMs. It starts O.K. too. Otherwise it runs fine, it doesn't die unexpectedly. I am assuming it isn't broke in yet and may need valve adjustment.
4. What is the least amount of oil content I can use and still be covered under warranty?
5. Is there a YS tool kit to adjust the valves?
Thanks,
WOOD

1. It should be in by now
2. Put the engine at TDC and adjust the valves. .003" is about right.
3.Your adjustments are not right, my guess. If you reduce the prop load the engine might be happier.
4. 20%
5. No there isn't. Sorry.
Good Flying,
Dave
