From: BLUE, HI,
Is an APC 12x6 or 11x7 enough load to break in a YS 63 with YS 20/20 fuel? I have a couple of 13x4W props on order but they won't come in til the end of the week. Thanks

From: BLUE, HI,
OK thanks Mr Shadel. On my way out the door to break in my new toy.
By the way, is it because these little guys can be or like to be revved up higher than what I had been used to with my old YS 120 SFs (under 10k)? I've always associated over-heating with over revving. What would be the dangers of going under the recommended 10.8K on the YS 63?

Over rpm seldom results in overheating problems. Too big a prop is worse than too small (within limits). The 63 will run all day long at 12000. I think they run best at 11000 to 11500. Prop accordingly.
