Default YS MUFFLER

Have YS 1.40L in Creek 1.20 Staudacher. Using the YS Performance 45 deg steel nipple out of the cyl head exhaust
port. On the downstream end of nipple using the YS perf
aluminum muffler. I CANNOT KEEP THE THREAD JOINT BETWEEN
ALUMINUM MUFFLER AND STEEL NIPPLE FROM LOOSENING UP.
Problem is due to differential coefficient of thermal expansion
and high temp and vibration (I have plenty of ventilation and
am on a Gator mount and am using the supplied muffler/nipple lock nuts). I have tried to make this joint permanent
but have found no solution so far. I have used red and green
loctite, JB weld, high temp exhaust patch and plumbers tape.
HOW CAN I WELD OR SECURE THIS JOINT? Pinning or bolting
this joint will not work because the vibration will wallow out
the aluminum.
