Hi,
The non return valve on my 160DZ has started to spit lots of fuel out the little breather hole on the very top. I have unscrewed the NRV assembly to check the diaphragm for any holes and it all looks ok. Any idea why it would be doing this and what can be done to fix it?
Thanks.

You can replace the DZ check Valve. It is part # 5130.
I have also run the engine without the Check valve. The engine will go a little lean on throttle up after a long idle like for a spin. Beyond that there is not much difference in function with or without it.
