Default ys 110 overheating

I have a new ys 110 with 2 gallons burnt that continues to lean out and stall during flight. It is running very rich and seems to be fine until about three to five minutes into flight. I am using 20/20, no pressure leaks, I am not new to these motors and all the obvious stuff has been checked. Any ideas as to the cause of this?

You say it's running "very rich" but then leans out and stalls?? You sure? Could it be running too rich and flooding the glow plug out?

If it is leaning out, I'd try increasing the flow of fuel through the regulator by turning the reg screw out (CCW) just a little.

How do you know it is leaning out? Is it too hot to touch when you land it? At what throttle setting does it die?
