Default FZ110 idle

Got a FZ110 that after about 2 to 5 minutes flight time will not idle. Have not so far been able to get it to do the same on the bench. Raw fuel is all over the front of the engine after flying. Before anyone types away about the fuel tank or lines, I have a new 110s that I've swapped out on the plane twice now with no problems. Is it the norm to have fuel on the engine after flying? Anyone ever had to replace the front seal?

Default RE: FZ110 idle

No, it's not the norm for fuel to be all over the engine. That fact coupled with the idle problem would lead me to look for a bad gasket somewhere. When you say you can't get it to happen on the bench, do you mean the engine is still in the plane or out of the plane on a bench mount? Is the engine on a cowled plane? What is the history of the engine? Did it idle fine IN THIS PLANE until now? What fuel are you using?
