Default YS 120 Questions

Hello All,
I Bought 3 YS engines from an estate sale a while back (my first 4 strokes). I recently mounted the 120SC on an airplane and I am setting it up to fly. The engine starts and runs great but I cannot get it to stop running. I have confirmed the butterfly in the carb is closing all the way. It will eventually die after 15 seconds of coughing. Does this indicate an air leak somewhere? What should I look for?
Also, the right side camshaft cover has been drilled, taped and a fuel hose barb installed. I have a piece of fuel line attached with a plug in it. I have ordered a new cover. What would this be for? The only thing I could think of is to lubricate the cam. Any Ideas?
Thanks for any help you can offer,
Jim

Default RE: YS 120 Questions

Jim, I have the same issue with my 120 - won't die irrespective of throttle position.
