Dear Sir, To convert the 60 to an 80 you need a new backplate with rotor valve, new larger carburetor, new connecting rod, wrist pin, piston,ring, cylinder and base gasket. I would not recommend a conversion. A new 80 RV is currently 599.00. Replacement parts would run about 350-400.00......We have 80's in stock and ready for delivery.
