Glued the sheeting on using rear airplane tools (bucking bars) to force the sheet to final shape.

Removed the crunched wood Backed up the leading edge with 1"X1/4" .Put dubbers under the sheet made 4ea nose ribs and put oversized leading edge on back up.

Put in some flights after supper. Now I have to sort out the engine idle.I suspect the old Saito is not happy with the glow plug. I have been using Saito plugs but last time I ordered Saito plugs Tower sent Hanger 9 plugs. Now I see Saito says the new engines come with hanger 9 plugs installed. Don't know what to think.
