yea brushless would be nice but I'm having fun just bashing this little thing. I would like a faster motor that I don't have to change the brushes on every 4 runs LOL.

that stinks, yeah, brushed is good to a point, and then it becomes a pain, with the motors wearing out... ltd speeds , which is better in your opinion for racing "BACKYARD RACING" a 4600 or a 5700 KV, I was thinking 5700 since it seems to be a good mix of speed and torque[8D]

neat, um, does anywhere OTHER than the toyz sell those alum steering links, I didn't see them at tower [>:], and i have no clue when they come back in stock, my truck has been apart LONG ENOUGH, i am dying to get my order in, and get driving, but to keep myself occupied, I am going to be getting a plane (ok, a little off topic) should get some pics up of my 20 minutes of electric tiller wrangling to make a kindof banked turn[8D]

ok, yeah, since the stock pack is nice, but when you are racing, they seem to die prety darn fast [], so, that is why I was currious, a 7 cell would be nice, but then, my charger can't do them

WOW i went to glamis for three days and this thread took off! THe only thing you have to do to mount the rc18b wing is flip the shock towers aroung so there is a spot for the screw and the plasting thing that sticks out, i had to dremel the hole so it would fit, and dremel off a spot on the shock tower so it would go on backwards, And you also have to drill the holes in the wing to mount it. Also 40 wt shock oil is perfect in the 18mt? What is stock? thanx Aaron

EDIT; I just realized that this is my 1212th post, what is ironic is that my birthday is 12/12......go figure, didnt think i would be on here this long.

to make my wing mount, mount, I took and cut off the little tabbie dealies on the end that mounted (it was late at night.....) and that (so far, still don't have a wing), seems to have worked, now if only I can get my order into TOWER HOBBIES AND THE TOYZ SO I CAN STOP HAVING MY TRUCK SITTING (that was random, but I needed to get it out [:'(])

Haha you can get the rc18b wing for 4 bux, and it looks like carbon firber. Well i just got done bashing at my friends house, did a backflip, and a couple frontflips. A million cartwheels and a couple upside down landings. Man this thing is durabull. Anybody drift with theirs? I bought wheels and some black pipe, going to mount them tonight and see how it does. You can also put electrical tape on the tires and drift on smooth slick surfaces like tile and garages. But they just spin out on pavement or asphalt. But i think the pipe tires will do great! My friend uses it with both his street cars.....

lol, yeah, it is tough, got any plans for a track yet, lol, I have (kindof) finished mine, the weather has been REAL windy so, that makes it no fun[], here are a few pics of things on my track , the jump with the takeoff and landing ramps has been turned (at my sisters demands) into kindof a table top, really it has a takeoff ramp, and the rest is flat

[:'(], IS THAT TRUE or is that not true, PLZ TELL ME IT WILL DO SOMETHING GOOD (besides asthetics), my truck is STILL apart, BUT the stuff is on order, yeah, a race to see who is faster, The Toyz OR Tower
