Now, don’t ask me what is major and what is not, because I can’t define it.
They can't either until the legal squabling starts. Wonder if this is going to be like the U-control one where the injured AMA member had to sue the AMA to get his coverage.

The AMA requests that every accident be reported ASAP to HQ. In the case of this accident, this was done.
So the AMA gets these reports and doesn't index them into a data base? Maybe it's like when everyone had to send in their sites GPS coord's but the AMA still can't figure out that the new club they just chartered is a little more than a mile from one that has been there for twenty years.

I think it is obvious that the exact information, like names or equipment manufacturers, are not likely to ever be disclosed to the membership as a whole, for legal reasons.
That's all right the interview disclosed the equipment.

Nothing like being chased down and filleted buy a 40% scale RC power plane.

Yep and it's there again for '05 like it is a big deal. I know the club Sec. sends those things every year with the Charter renewal, yet no one seems to know what is done with them.

Ms. Hager says the "voluntary" submission of lat. and long. has been "unsuccessful" so now it is "required". Whoop to do![sm=lol.gif]
