Default Anylink Problem

Have a anylink on my Futaba 8JA, was testing it with a new bird and it works fine for maybe a minute to three minutes and then continuously beeps. My radio say the non rechargeable batteries are good....nothing in the manual describes and issue like this....

anyone with an answer or advice?

Looking forward to your report. I just got an anylink with a plane and am considering putting in my spare spektrum receiver instead.

Default RE: Anylink Problem

I've been happy enough flying my AnyLink module on my Futaba 7C transmitter. I have notice that it can be picky about how well-seated the cable is in the buddy box port. Detaching and re-seating the cable can fix issues from time to time, while accidentally bumping or moving the module or cable while flying can cause it to quit working effectively.

The only other common issue that pops up is when several pilots are flying AnyLink modules. The receivers seem to bind to whatever is the strongest signal at the time I turn on my TxR plane. My Playmate and micro Super Cub will often bind themselves to the radio of somebody who is flying already rather than binding to my transmitter. Simply unplugging the flight battery from the plane and then moving further away from the other active AnyLink modules usually allows me to re-bind successfully.

Once two or more AnyLink modules are bound to their aircraft successfully, they can operate simultaneously while free from any interference.

I hope these suggestions help.

If the AnyLink module doesn't see any stick movement, it will start to beep continuously until you move the sticks. If it still beeps continuously, then you have a module with some kind of problem, and should send it to the service center.

The inactivity alarm usually comes on after about four minutes.
