16sz Linking issues
Hello
I am setting up a new model with dual 7008sb receivers, they link but the control surfaces will not move. Servos have power. I even tried to link a model I flew last week to link with the new receivers no go. Finally tried a 617 receiver just to troubleshoot, and the airplane worked fine.
Do I have to turn the 7008sb receiver on from the radio, we are confused.

Confirm you are in 18-channel FASSTest mode
DUAL is selected in the upper left corner of the SYSTEM Type menu
RX #1 is in Mode A
RX #2 is either in Mode C or Mode D
Linking is done from the TX
RX should show solid Green LED when correctly linked.
