Default Glow head brotherhood.

As there seems to still be a lot of interest in these ol glow engines, might as have a place where you can discuss glow engines and how to tune, run and maintain them as well as talk about ANYTHING having to do with them.
ALL GLOW HEADS ARE WELCOME HERE!

I'm addicted, Top Fuel for me. Been making Turbo heads lately with great results on the smaller stuff. That's still glow, right?

Count me in!

Almost 100 glow engines including a couple dozen Cox and Norvels. 5 gallons of fuel always in stock plus a gallon of castor for the old Enya and Fox lapped engines, plus a gallon of 25% fuel just for the 1/2a engines.

I think you could say I am a glow engine addict!

id say so myself. That's quite a collection you got there. Does anyone have a muffler that would fit an enya 80 4C that would consider selling or trading?

Oh, and btw, I will be adding an OS 160 Gemini to my hanger to go on the pica 1/5 Waco that I'm building from plans. WAH hoo, I'm excited for that one. It's used, but at a good price.

I once thought I wanted to find a muffler for my Enya 60-4C, but it's not very obnoxious. Steve - Unless the noise is an issue, the .60 and .80 arent really that bad noise-wise. The .80 is really a .74 too. Do you have the exhaust header only or are you missing the exhaust completely?

Will do rv7. I got nothing but an enya 80 ( or .74) it runs like a champ, I just want to get it out of a cowl. Anything with similar threads would work.

Ok, now ya got my interest. I just noticed your signature with the full scale build. I'll be watching that for sure.

Yep, sure does. It has a Keleo exhaust, and my favorite thing is when the Sun is getting low, and the light is just right at the field.. when I'm on short final and throttle back you can see each individual puff of smoke from the exhaust stack, and the sound is just perfection...

it brings out the poet in me, haha

The full-scale build has stagnated a bit, due to the birth of my son, but I will eventually get back in the saddle. I hope
