Default Brushless Carbon and Alloy Mini-T

Thought I'd share some pictures of the Mini-T I just finished, last of the parts came in today. Car is powered by a Mamba 6800 and just an 1100mAh 6 cell right now, Lipo in the near future but I almost exclusively drive it indoors so its already way too fast.

Yeah, I ran out lol. The rear ones and the steering links are nicer, but the front upper linkages are still stock.

Indoors I have normal rears.

It's a nice looker, but how's the performance [since all that aluminum is makes it heavier than stock plastic]?

Its a bit heavier but the mamba is so much more powerful than stock so I dont mind. I mostly drive it indoors, and I'm not one of those people who obsesses that their rustler VXL be faster than their friends, etc.

I'm not going to lie, That little bugger is Sick. Nice job man. It is always fun to find aluminum parts and build up a toy. Just ordered a bunch of aluminum stuff to build my B4 basher. My mini-t is almost done too.

Yeah it really is fun, within minutes you get to see your car or truck looking much nicer. Performance at this scale doesnt suffer much either so I dont mind doing it.

Well mini-ts are awesome, but i do agree, completely rediculous. 500$ for a mini-t. And the worst part is that you bought aluminum(biggest waste ever) over lipos

Well hes not really concerned about performance. Thats not the point of doing all this. Its for the bling factor

And it does look very nice sheograth. Very nice job [sm=thumbup.gif]

yeah, this car is all about the bling factor. Performance isnt a huge issue, I just drive it indoors around the house and harass my girlfriend with it.
