Default Scale question

Ok I'm basing my project off of tires on my towtruck the dolly tires they are 16 inches tall. The heavy duty wrecker I'm doing the project on has 40 inch tires. Do I divide 40 into 16 and get 2.5 and just take every measurement on the truck divide it by 2.5 and that's my measurement for my project build

The tires are 2.5 times smaller, so everything else is 2.5 times smaller.

If the rig is base on something with 40in wheels, I'd say torque is what it's all about. Huge wheels ROCK!

... wheel chair motors ...are very powerful for how small they are ...but they need very heavy batteries which kind of sucks ...
