Skymaster support
I had a small issue on my F-86 and when I met Anton at Florida Jets he solved the small problem and his support after the event was amazing. I was so impressed i ended up buying another Skymaster jet the large BAE Hawk. The quality of their product still amazes me and that they stand behind their product is very refreshing.
Thank again to Skymaster Staff and Anton

RE: Skymaster support
I remember one late afternoon (5PM Pacific) when Jeff boxed up a gear part for my Viperjet and took it to UPS so I could have it at an event the next day. I would call this great service after the sale! Not sure what your issue was but that was not the case when I've delt with Jeff.

RE: Skymaster support
When I was building my F-86 Jeff would answer my easy questions but would ignore any thing that was out of the norm. Like the plate that holds the elevator bell crank on the left side was glued in wrong, I was ignored when I asked about it. Like the rudder hinge holes drilled wrong (didn’t line up and no hard points). Ignored. That is just a few of the e-mails that got no response. So I have first hand experience dealing with Jeff. I must say, he did send me a new air cylinder that was leaking, after many unanswered e-mails, I finely got a hold of him on the phone, he sent one right out. George

George. Sorry to hear about the issues, I've also gone directly to Anton when some building questions have come up and he responded quickly. I realize I should not have to go to Asia for answers with a US based office but its worked; path of least resistance. BTW...I have a new SM F86 ready to go, maiden just about anytime now. How is yours doing?

From the UK side of things I've always found Als Hobbies who distribute SM kits to be excellent with their after sales support. Quick to respond and always willing to bend over backwards to help you.
