ok so heres one idea ive been thinking of, if i use the front arm assembly, like buy all new parts and mount them in front of the rear wheels with another set of rims , maybe get some shorter rear arms and bring them in closer to the chassis an inch or so. my only problem is getting the rims to grip the treads. any ideas? sorry about the bad drawing, lol its ok to laugh at me i wont cry haha
also i was wondering if anyone has parts they want to donate to my cause lol im broke ***** right now

O.K. first you will have to cut up the chassie to fit the new rear a-arms. second where are you going to mount the new shock tower? is the new a-arm go to have power to them or just be free floating.
Look, I know it can be done, but the doing it is going to cost a lot. your going to run into more problems than it's worth. thats why I keep saying GOOD LUCK. if you want a tank go buy a tank, they sell them. if you want a Nitro Evader ST then run it. don't try to turn one into the other. BUT if you are going to do this, THEN GOOD LUCK. let me know what it costs.

Hey, just saw your post on this in the electric vader thread. It looks like a cool project but I think you will run into the same problem as everybody else does with just tires, the vader does not have alot of ground clearance so even with a trackback, it will just plow in snow over an inch or so. If you can find last months issue of RC Car Action magizine, there is a section in there about guys moddin the rc's into snow machines. From what I saw, they were either 4wd or MT's with lots of ground clearance. Non the less, it would be a mean lookin tank/vader hybrid thing
