when I rebuild my engines, I use O2 sensor safe high temp silicon. just use it very sparingly. let it dry for 24 hours without any oil. then reset the carb to factory settings, then break it in the right way.

RE: Official Nitro Evader ST Thread v2.0
it not 2 hard to make them. u just need 1 tool: needle nose pliers or a regular pliers. one to hold the link and one to bend it open
1. go to the hardware store and buy 10 feet of chain of your choice(i payed .69 cent a foot for mine)
2. take a piece of chain and put it one the inside of the tire near the rim, rap it around near the rim
3. cut it/open a link so u can take it off from the rest of the chain
4. put it alongside of the main chain and measure out one for the other side
5. hook 1 chain together and then do it for the other side too
6. now u need to figure out how many links u r going to need to make it to the other side.(my moabs used 10 links across)
7. make about 7-10 of those
8. now u can open both ends of it and hook one to one side of the tire and then to the other, then close the ends
9. count of like 4-5 spaces after the one u just hooked up and then place another
10. do this until u r satisfied and think u have enough
11. u do want to make sure the chains on the outside of the wheel next to the rims r tight but not to tight. shouldn't really have any play in them so u may have to take out a link or 2

hey evader st 9887
its a CVEC tunable pipe
It's a small block pipe, and you can adjust it for torque or high end by stiffening the spring/piston inside the muffler. and yeah i did get it with one of my os engines.lol

Torque: 124 oz-in (8.9 kg-cm) at 6V
99 oz-in (7.1 kg-cm) at 4.8V
or the Hitec HS-645MG more torque but less speed
SPECS:
Speed: 0.24 sec/60° at 4.8V
0.20 sec/60° at 6.0
Torque: 106.93 oz-in at 4.8V (7.7 kg-cm)
133.31 oz-in at 6.0V (9.6 kg-cm

I use the Hitec HS-645MG in all of my T-Maxx's I like the heavy torque to move the big tires. AS for the rest of my cars? I use whats on sale, or the best price, BUT, I like Hitec. they seem to take a lot of pounding and don't fail. I've had the first one for almost five years and it's still going strong. JUST remember one thing, I keep freshly charged batteries in the T-Maxx's. It's your car, get what you like.

Price went up. last week it was 25.99 + 3.99 Shipping.

I'm a ford guy too!
There are those white body post extenders we were talking about. That is the only mod you need.

What servos do you guys use??? I was just thinking, that I've always used upgraded servos for steering but not for throttle/brake. the steering is the Hitec HS-645MG for the T-Maxx's. but stock in everything else. so what do you guys use for your throttle/brake servo???

well the steering ones go out the most, unless u get a metal gear servo which the gears cant strip from taking a small hit in the front unlike the plastic gear servos can very easily.

i still say they r just plastic just a little stronger. if u get the 2nd one u might as well get a METAL gear servo for the same price
