Default What is the lubricant use for?

what is the lubricant use for? i read on forums say they are use to treat ur engine good. do i use it for my pistons and bearings inside the engine? what kind of name brand lubricant are good? sorry im new and i need to alot about rc.

WD 40 you can use it on everything

wd 40 isn't good for engine that use siliocon o-rings because it eats it away, a bottle of After run oil will lst a long time

thats what the makers of after run oil want you to think

in fact I've been to places where nobody uses after run oil at all unless you are storing your car for a long time just make sure you run your engine dry and clean out the fuel tank

wd40 is fine
