Flap hinges 3 different sizes, what goes where?

I have tallest hinges on largest flap but had to mix medium and shortest on other 2 flaps to get trailing edges and front side gaps to wing all even. Have the rest of you had to stagger hinge sizes...

I would of used the electrics too but the release from Robart was put off many times and I needed gear in my hands. Maybe next time. The gear I got from them for my Ziroli P-38 are mechanically sound...

If you plan on painting stripes over your flite metal I suggest vinyl tape the outline then wipe the film many times with laquer thinner than use scotch brite pad to put a tooth on the aluminum....

My air system has no restrictots and the slide valve needles are wide open for retract and turned in a ways to drop the gear. I use dubro tires and Ziroli rims so they are heavy. I do use the collars...

40 in. Ounce servos are fine for throttle, I'd go spend more money. Analog servos only can push as hard as pushed upon unlike digital. I wouldn't chance the servo issues.
