Yes, I have the same. The motor is to small fo the Cap. But for the motor you can use a 3 cell lipo from a 700 to 900 with enogh time to enjoy some 4D.

If you dont use Governor keep an eye on the pitch and RPM. You can easy overamp your system.

Yes it will be on the very heavy side. The lipo and the motor are to much for it. The ESC is a little but you can getaway with it as long as you keep the other areas in the lite side.

Use acrylic paints they are water base and will not react with the foam. I use an airbrush to apply them and the acrylic varnish to seal them. I'm sure that some of the companys use this method.
