<span style="font-family: Arial;">Few pics of one I picked up this year. I was going to clean it up and fly it, but ended up doing more than I intended. It has an OS 61RF, Spring Air retracts and a...

Here's my Brushfire picked up at a swap meet earlier this year. Should have just cleaned it up and been...

RE: Airframe Identification

Don't think it's  Phoenix. The stab looks way big in relation to the fin. The fin does not look to be the correct shape. There is a Phoenix 7 thread and you can see the difference there.

RE: Mini Phoenix 5

RE: Mini Phoenix 5

Thanks for the compliments.

David, yes that's a Dualsky 2834-7. I saw your Picorare build and thought I would give them a try. I first used a Dualsky 3530-12, in my 40" Kaos and was happy with...

Mini Phoenix 5

Just for hoots. Here's a project I've been working on. Phoenix 5 scaled to 40" for a hand tossed parkflyer. I took those P5 plans that are floating around - cleaned them and scaled them up for my...

RE: ParkFlyers: does the AMA member care?

Brent, Loved your post. I think you strike at the real issue with some people here and the real issue the AMA is facing - R/C flight is being reduced to a commodity. When I learned to fly back in the...

RE: Why does the AMA need PF'ers?

One consideration for AMA to court Park Flyers might be to just retain membership? My dad let his club membership lapse. Driving a couple of minutes up the street to toss a park flyer suits his itch...
