Receiver servo outputs for > 10 channels

Hi all,

I have a technical question that I can't find out for myself because I don't have a >10 channel system available to test. I'm designing a circuit that goes between the receiver and the...

RE: RCV 58

Laurenne,

I checked and the end-play is near zero when the prop is installed. I don't think that is an issue.

I'll use it for a while and see if it keeps leaking.

Thanks

RCV 58

Hi,

I have a new RCV 58 that I just broke in. Before running it I noticed that the crankshaft had about 1-2mm of end play. During the run-in there seemed to be a leak in the front bearing. ...

I never found a good mount for that engine so I wound up designing a mount with the right spacing from the firewall and got a machinist to make it from aluminum.

I caught a program on cable just yesterday called something like Radio Controlled Hobbies. It was kinda weak but he put a G23 in a H9 Taylor.

They showed a minute or so of flying around and it...

Venture 60

I use a OS 61FX and it's PLENTY of power for this plane. It's just not the type of plane needs to be overpowered and I have planes that have a 2:1 power to weight ratio that I wish had more power. ...

Starting a Venture 60 .... Suggested mods?

I only made three mods.

1) Changed to 2 aileron servos, but I'm sure if it was required.

2) Shortened the wing by 6 inches by removing one bay on each end. It's STILL a floater.

3) I'm...

I agree with ED.

Everytime a plane crashes it's an engine problem or a radio glitch.

There's no way to know for sure but I would bet that 99.999% are caused by pilot error. Either in setup or...

What's up with the GP Patty Wagstaff Extra

The lead time seems to be getting longer. I gave up, cancelled the order, and got a SIG Sukhoi. I'm assembling it now. I looks good.

OS 50 2 stroke no longer available?

They are selling it. But AGAIN, you can't tell from their web site.

_DUH !_

MUST BE NICE to be able to stay in business and not even bother to let your potential customers know what you sell.

BME50 and starting

Jeff,

Thanks, I agree with you. I seems like a wire running through the cowl, maybe using a grommet, is the best way to go. It has a snap action that will keep it in the open position.

I have a new BME50 and I've never used a gas engine before.
