RE: Need Solder Help!

First, I didn't fully read all of the post, so I may be repeating something someone else has already said.

RE: OS FS 92II P carb tuning

Those pumps are not very complex, unlike the two earlier versions. Those were mechanical driven gear pumps.

The pumper engines tune different than the regular carbs. At full throttle, lean...

RE: OS FS 92II P carb tuning

Charles, is your engine the pumped engine? If so, the tuning is different than the standard. Let me know and I'll have a go at helping.

RE: HOW TO REMOVE VALVE SPRING RETAINER MAGNUM 91 RFS???

Airbus, you are correct on the donut and sleeves.

If your engine is only 6 months old, I would be hitting up Tower for a repair. Magnum had some issue with valve springs a while back and I...

RE: HOW TO REMOVE VALVE SPRING RETAINER MAGNUM 91 RFS???

First, the removal and installation of the keepers is best accomplished inside a gallon size zip lock bag to keep flying parts corralled.

There are two tapered keepers on each valve You push...

RE: O.S. 120 Surpass Failing after hot.

Mauricio, one thing to try first. Get two fuel line T's. Put on one the line from the pump to the carb, and the second on pump return to tank. Now connect these two T's with a slightly smaller...

RE: O.S. 120 Surpass Failing after hot.

Which 120 Surpass do you have. Pumper? The reason I ask is that the first two versions of the pumped version have a mechanical pump and the seal would harden up and while the engine was cold, it...

RE: Os 1.20 Surpass I bearings

The O.S four strokes all time the same. With the engine at TDC the dot on the cam will be pointing on a line along the push rods. Either up or down, but on that line. If it is off by one tooth,...

RE: Parts for old OS engines

I depends on the engine and the parts you need. Some of the later model parts fit older engines. The 4 stroke pumper give you a difficult time finding parts. for the pump and regulator, but some of...

RE: Where can I find a rocker arm pin for a Saito 180?

The 120,150, and 180 all use the same top end parts.

In addition to the pin, I would replace the rocker arm bracket also, Two reasons, the first being that you won't have to worry about getting...

RE: OS 120 Surpass won't start??

RE: OS 120 Surpass won't start??
