The air pump on the side of the engine is loose, is it supposed to be that way or should it be tight, if it is supposed to be tight how do you tighten it, do you have to open the engine?

My ignition was dead out of the box. Bought a new RCXEL ignition from a local guy up here, installed it and the engine started after a couple of flips. Save yourself the hassle of the Melody ignition...

Bought an MLD 35 in toledo at the rc show, what a piece of garbage, tried starting it and got no spark no matter what I tried. Called Cermark for help and they told me I was on my own, would not help...
